If you are an experienced buyer, you may be probably familiar with everything below. For new buyers and new brands, please pay close attention to the below if you want your production to be concluded successfully.

1. Prepare your Tech Pack:

A comprehensive tech pack typically includes sketches, measurement charts, a detailed materials list, and fabric samples. While providing your own paper patterns is optional, it is not essential. If you lack a qualified team member to create accurate measurement charts, please inform us, and our technical department will offer their assistance to ensure accuracy.

2. Quotation:

Having a proper tech pack is crucial for accurately determining the price. It is essential to ensure that all details are clearly specified and that your manufacturer has received a fabric sample that serves as the basis for the quote.

When seeking quotes from multiple manufacturers, it is common to encounter varying prices, ranging from low to high. These price discrepancies can stem from misunderstandings regarding the details, differences in the manufacturer’s experience or quality level, varying interpretations of your quality requirements, or differences in the manufacturer’s capacity.

It is important to carefully review all the details with the manufacturer and engage in price negotiations while maintaining reasonableness. Instead of solely focusing on price, consider the price/value ratio.

3. Approval of Samples:

The initial sample you receive will serve as a fitting sample, tailored to your requested measurements and size. After finishing the production of the sample, it will be delivered to you as soon as possible.

Before trying it on, carefully compare the measurements with your measurement chart and discuss any differences with your manufacturer. If the first fitting sample is unsatisfactory, it is acceptable to make significant changes. But if the sample meets your needs, you can discuss it with the manufacturer for subsequent formal bulk orders.
